The University of Pennsylvania Trio Upward Bound program is a college preparatory program established in 1979 and funded by the U.S Department of Education. The Program provides low income and first generation college students with academic support, enrichment activities and a residential summer program to assist students to be prepared to achieve their goal of a college degree.
