Ypsilanti Panthers Football and Cheer mission is to provide a quality; structured football and cheer activities to youth of Ypsilanti Community Schools and the surrounding Washtenaw County. The program teaches sports fundamentals, good sportsmanship, character, discipline, competitiveness, and teamwork in a positive, caring and safe environment. Participants have an equal opportunity to learn and compete while knowledgeable volunteers promote the philosophies and principles of community and fair play. Furthermore, it is the mission of the Ypsilanti Panthers Football and Cheer to promote the Pop Warner philosophy that generate the following outcomes:
- Self Esteem, Values, Character
- Responsibility
- Participation
- Education and Skill Development
- Developing Positive Relationships
