Volunteers of America, Men's Residential Center

The mission of the Volunteers of America Oregon is to change lives by promoting self-determination, building strong communities and standing for social justice. The MRC is a 52-bed residential treatment facility for men on parole or probation in Multnomah County. We work on the basis of compassionate accountability—holding the men accountable for their actions in an environment of love and encouragement, believing in their ability to change.
