Our mission at Lily Home and Hospice is to treat the whole person - mind, body and spirit - by providing compassionate, person-centered care to those in the final stages of an advanced illness. We strive to meet each individual's specific needs throughout their end of life journey. We involve family and caregivers to make the experience more inclusive rather than isolated; and we emphasize quality of life instead of duration. It is our belief that each person deserves a peaceful, comfortable and dignified transition.
