Through transdisciplinary collaboration across Claremont Graduate University’s School of Community Health and eight other schools, we are catalyzing a new vision of how we conceptualize and promote health that extends far beyond the scope of traditional programs and paradigms. Our ultimate goal is to create a fertile environment to convene the top minds and diverse leaders from the sciences, public health, government, business, civil society, and the community to engage in creative problem-solving dialogues leading to new innovations in health, well-being, and quality of life for individuals, families, and communities here and abroad.
