OASES seeks to empower youth who have limited resources, particularly those in the Asian and Pacific Islander communities of Oakland, to maximize their potential through educational services and social support. To achieve our mission, OASES curently offers eight various youth programs that range from academic tutorial and leadership training to one-on-one mentorship and computer classes.
