Our mission is to provide intermediary and/or de-escalation services by responding on-site to callers experiencing non-violent, non-life threatening conflicts, mental, or behavioral conflict situations. Our services are an alternative to legal actions while preserving the individual’s constitutional and civil rights.
I Pro Say is established to preserve dignity and individuality, safety, and trust. Calls are made to dispatchers who then send a Responder Communicator to help the conflict.
