Open Jar Foundation aims to further the arts and education through its three primary activities: (1) direct and indirect support of the performing arts at Brown University and in Providence, RI; (2) advocacy for the preservation and adoption of open curricula, such as Brown University's New Curriculum; and (3) commemoration of prominent events and individuals in the history of the arts and education at Brown University and in Providence, RI.
