Formed as a 501(c)(3) public charity in 2015, Sharing Connexion Inc. was created to connect nonprofits and affordable housing organization with real estate resources, solutions, and support. The mission of Sharing Connexion Inc. is to provide affordable housing organizations and nonprofits with real estate expertise, funding, and preservation. We provide three unique programs: Real Estate Impact, Real Estate Rescue, and Real Estate Donations. The Real Estate Impact program provides gap financing for the buying, building, and renovating of affordable housing projects and nonprofit program spaces. The Real Estate Rescue Program aims to preserve and protect affordable housing and nonprofit real estate assets from displacement through our short-term acquisition solution.
