As an agent of change, the Community Health Integrated Partnership (CHIP), is a nonprofit Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) that provides services for quality improvement, operational and clinical management, revenue enhancement, and health information technology (HIT) to its members.
By supporting the clinical services and educational mission of its member organizations, CHIP assists community health care centers in providing improved access and satisfaction for patients, education and support for providers, improved internal processes and access to technology in its centers and administration, and research focused on the medically underserved populations they represent.
