The mission of the Twin Valley Community Education Foundation is to serve as a link between business, the school district and the community to provide educational, cultural and recreational opportunities.
TVCEF is a non-profit organization created and administered by an independent board of community volunteers serving Berks and Chester counties. The Foundation is a flexible link to the community, businesses and the Twin Valley School District with the goal of channeling private dollars and support into a broad range of programs for residents and students of the greater Twin Valley community.
