The overall goals of Esperance Center’s integrated
Work and Community service program (IWCS) are to provide the clients with the
opportunities to increase their ability to exert control over their lives by learning
to manage their environment, make personal choices in areas which affect their
daily living, to speak for themselves and to become a contributing member of
