Our program serves patients who have life limiting illnesses and who live in Cook County. Our volunteer program utilizes volunteers to reach out to our patients needs such as: companionship, read to patients, run errands, support and play with children, support family by providing respite, listen and offer comfort to patients and families, and providing Home Hospice office support.
