Family Promise of Greater Orlando

Family Promise of Greater Orlando is committed to the vision of a future in Central Florida where all families have stable housing and no child experiences homelessness.  For the past 20 years, Family Promise of Greater Orlando has been helping Central Florida families experiencing the crisis of homelessness achieve sustainable housing and self sufficiency as quickly as possible. Family Promise of Greater Orlando recognizes that family homelessness and poverty are complex issues that require comprehensive, innovative solutions. While Family Promise focuses on finding stable housing for families from day one, we also recognize homelessness is not just about housing. Family Promise programs work together to help parents provide a stable home for their family, from prevention and diversion services before homelessness occurs, to emergency shelter if a family needs food and a safe place to stay, to finding a place to call home and then providing economic mobility mentoring so the family can maintain their home and avoid another future crisis.

Family Promise of Greater Orlando is an affiliate of the national organization, Family Promise, Inc., which has over 200 affiliates across the nation.
