We respect personal dignity by providing considerate and individiualized care based upon the needs of the hospice resident and the family.

Innovative Senior Care Hospice provides an individualized program of physical, emotional, spiritual, and practical care for people in the last stages of an incurable disease or chronic illness, with emphasis on control of pain and symptom management. The program is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible and in familiar surroundings. Hospice care is centered on both the patient/resident and family.

We care for patients/residents in assisted living and independent living facilities in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. We have a team of professionals who assist with each patient's care including a hospice nurse, certified nursing assistant, social worker, chaplain, and volunteer.

We are looking for volunteers to provide companionship and socialization for our patients by reading with them or just being there and spending time with them. We are also looking for volunteers for music therapy and massage therapy.
