    The Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1989 by Grandmont Rosedale residents for the purpose of preserving and improving the Grandmont Rosedale neighborhoods of Northwest Detroit.

    Sobre Nós

    Our small but mighty team of staff organizes a wide range of programs designed to help our community prosper as a place to live, work and play. Our three strategic priorities include:

    • Housing initiatives that preserve and promote homeownership, address chronically vacant properties and provide different types of housing to meet the changing needs of our community.

    • Economic development strategies that catalyze the local market and create opportunity for economic mobility through entrepreneurship and business development.

    • Community engagement and collective action to generate solutions to community problems.
