Encourage students to read and boost reading skills!
Reading Volunteers through RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) spend one on one time reading to a student or, listening to a student read to them! This rewarding opportunity is based in an elementary school setting. Volunteers offer positive support and play an important role in encouraging students to read, build confidence, and boost reading skills. RSVP volunteer usually serve one to a few days a week during reading time at school.
