Make an Impact by Mentoring Youth Changemakers from Developing Nations
The International Foundation for Sustainable Peace and Development (IFSPD) is inviting volunteers from the developed nations - European Union, Australia, Canada and the United States to join our youth sustainability initiative as Global Facilitators. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to youth development across South Asia and Africa, guiding high school students in their journey to become confident, globally aware leaders.
Role Overview
As a Global Youth Facilitator, you will:
Lead structured online sessions using Harvard-style micro case studies.
Mentor high school students (ages 14–18) from developing nations on topics such as diplomacy, innovation, international relations, sustainability, and negotiation.
Facilitate conversations rooted in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Support cross-cultural learning and global dialogue using IFSPD’s proprietary facilitation methods.

Who Should Apply
Nationals from the EU, Australia, Canada or USA and other developed nations only
Fluent English speakers with strong communication skills.
University students, educators, development professionals, or retirees looking to contribute to the global development.
Must be available to volunteer 10 hours per week between June 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026.
Ideal Attributes
Passion for global education and youth development.
Familiarity with digital communication platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
Cultural sensitivity and openness to working with diverse student groups.
