At the Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, info desk volunteers:
- Welcome patients and visitors
- Provide directions
- Answer questions
- Escort
- Deliver flowers
- Answer telephones
- Make friends
- ...and more!
By volunteering at the Information Desk, you are often the first face a patient and/or family member sees! Being an info desk volunteer is a great way to get to know the hospital, the patients we serve, and the overall mission we have.
