At the Lorelei Molinari Home of Mental Health Info & Support Groups, we serve people living with mental health challenges by creating safe spaces, sharing life-changing resources, and building communities online globally. We are 100% volunteer-run - and we need help from caring, curious, committed people like you.

This is not a coffee-run kind of volunteer position.

Your Volunteer Path (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Fill Out Our Custom Form

We do not use the generic VolunteerMatch form. Instead, we invite you to fill out our custom form so we can truly understand your goals, strengths, and needs.

Step 2: Complete Our 5-Day Onboarding Course

You’ll join our All Volunteers Communication Course, which includes 3 short assignments and must be finished within 5 days.

This prepares you for our Meet-and-Greet (required to receive your access tools and begin your journey). If you miss the first Meet-and-Greet, no worries - you’ll be invited to the next one.

At the Meet-and-Greet, you’ll receive:

• Your Canva Pro access

• Entry to The Lorelei Project-GO HIGH LEVEL CRM

• Your ALL Volunteers Calendar + VA Visibility Calendar

• Introductions to trusted, free and low-cost networking groups

You’ll also be welcomed as part of our community - not just as a helper, but as a person with goals, talent, and purpose.

Step 3: Grow with Support + Get Recognized

After a 100% free start, you’ll use Canva with our Team Membership - unlimited premium access, at no cost to you as long as you are with us actively. This is your creative toolkit to build a standout Virtual Assistant Portfolio that reflects your growth, style, and strengths - which you will not share with us. You’ll keep it private and in your own account, so when your time is through, you can take it with you and keep growing.

Of course, we’d love for you to design for us - and if you’re new to Canva,Lorelei has beginner-friendly videos she personally learned from and will share with you.

Need help learning anything else? Just ask. Chances are, Lorelei has a playlist, a practice plan, and a personal recommendation just for you.

Plus, you get free access to donated business courses to help you grow and learn at your own pace. We’ll also teach you how to:
