Caring Cart (Volunteers & Donation Drives)

Be part of our Caring Cart team by volunteering or donating items! At Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, our patients are able to have their labs and diagnostic testing completed on the same day as their doctors' appointments. This allows the doctors to have current information when visiting with their patients. Sometimes patients are at the center for a few hours. We are looking for compassionate volunteers to wheel the "Caring Cart" through the center and visit with patients. We also are in need of items for our Caring Cart. Items can be donated or a "drive" can be coordinate to collect multiple items. We need the following items:

Small lotions, hand sanitizers and lip balms

Pocket-sized tissues

Bottled water

Bite size chocolate or hard candy

Word-search, crossword, sudoku puzzle books

Mechanical pencils

Items can be dropped off any day between 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. If you would like to volunteer or coordinate a "drive," please contact Lisa.Law@bannerhealth.com
