Cancer Clinic Advocate

Position is focused on increasing customer satisfaction and promoting a unified Cancer Program through greeting patients and visitors, assisting them in finding the available cancer srevices within the Cancer Center and assisting in creating a positive patient experience. This volunteer position places special emphasis on rounding every hour to see if there is anything you can do to help a patient or assist a staff member.

Tasks include:

Visit/assist patients and visitors if they need anything

Escort/Transport patients to and from area

Run errands

Stocking supplies

Projects to support the department

Must follow any current hospital masking guidelines.
