accessible mindset resources that empower individuals to

navigate life’s challenges and live more resilient, fulfilling lives.

Overview:

Leads the development and operations of revenue-generating initiatives, such as corporate workshops, licensed curriculum, and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement earned income strategies
• Coordinate product/service development
• Monitor financial performance and impact
• Collaborate across departments for marketing and delivery

Preferred Skills:

• Social enterprise or small business experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Budgeting and performance tracking
