Loudoun Volunteer Caregivers helps elderly and adults with disabilities in Loudoun County remain independent and connected with their community.
At Loudoun Volunteer Caregivers, we provide transportation to medically fragile residents of Loudoun County. Volunteers provide transportation to life-sustaining medical appointments, such as dialysis and cancer treatments, routine medical and health care appointments, and non-medical appointments and outtings. Transportation Volunteers provide round trip service and support to ensure our Care Receivers make it to their destinations and back home safely. This is not only a needed service, it is an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and connections with those who may feel isolated and lonely.
