Director of Development

Who We Are
At Creshendo, we believe everyone deserves the chance to belong, rebuild, and rise. In partnership with displaced communities, we co-create solutions by listening deeply, collaborating intentionally, and centering lived experience.
Driven by integrity, empathy, and curiosity, we design bold, inclusive programs that reimagine what’s possible for displaced communities. If you’re passionate about challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change, you’ll feel right at home here.
Why This Role Matters
Creshendo is in a defining moment of growth, and your leadership can help shape what comes next. We’ve built innovative programs, global partnerships, and a community-first model powered by volunteer excellence. Now we’re looking to take the next leap.
As Director of Development, you’ll lead the design and execution of a sustainable funding strategy. This includes managing a team of global volunteers and guiding Creshendo’s approach to grants, partnerships, and long-term financial alignment. You’ll have room to experiment, test new models, and co-create a funding engine that aligns with our values.
If you’re excited by the chance to innovate, lead, and grow inside a mission-driven organization—this is your moment.
What You’ll Be Doing
What You Bring
Even if you don’t meet every single qualification, we encourage you to apply. Skills can be learned. Purpose-driven leadership is what we’re after.
What You’ll Get
This is more than a volunteer role - it’s a launchpad! At Creshendo, we offer mentorship opportunities, leadership exposure, and the freedom to build real strategy. Whether you’re pivoting, growing, or giving back, this role is designed to create value for you, too.
We work with a G.Y.S.T. mindset: action over ego, clarity over chaos, and progress over perfection. If you lead with intention and follow through, you’ll fit right in.
