Data Entry Admin Volunteer

Join Habitat for Humanity of Dane County as a Data Entry Admin volunteer!

This office-based position will focus on coding receipts and invoices related to our construction home building expenses. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Coding receipts & invoices, following training received (using Microsoft Outlook and Excel)
2. Combining receipts & invoices into a document (using Adobe Acrobat), which will be used by our finance department

This volunteer should be comfortable using a computer (one will be provided). This individual should also be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Experience with Adobe Acrobat is appreciated but not required.

Ideally, this role would be 4 hours/week, fully in-person at our office, and will have the support of a staff member for the duration. We would ask that you select a 4-hour timeframe on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays between 8am-4pm.
