Veteran to Veteran Volunteering

Gentiva Hospice is looking for Veterans, Active or Retired, who are able to volunteer a few hours a month to spend with out patients who are veterans and facing life limiting illnesses and need someone to spend time with them. You will work directly with the patient to provide companionship, support and socialization as well as have the opportunity to participate in military pinning ceremonies. Our volunteers are an important part of the Hospice team and we provide ongoing training, education and support.
