Greet and assist museum guests as a Guest Service Guide!

A Guest Service Guide is a friendly, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who acts in support of the Guest Service team in creating a positive guest experience. A Guest Service Guide greets guests, assists with way-finding, and assists with the re-staging of the Museum's Guideport system at the Guest Service desk.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing assistance to museum guests by greeting and providing them with directional information (ie: location of cafe, restrooms, etc).
• Responding to guests' "most asked" questions on MIM's history and policies, general museum questions and Guideport use
• Providing assistance with Coat Check and Will-Call
• Assist with the re-staging of the Guideport system by plugging the units into chargers, cleaning headphones and properly storing the units
