Fundraising Coordinator

360 Youth Development Initiative (www.360ydiug.org) is a legally registered non-profited based in Uganda aiming at using a holistic approach to youth and children at

risk in slums for their growth so that they are able to positively impact their communities for a better world.

Currently, we are searching for a Fundraising Manager with relevant work experience, excellent leadership skills and remarkable networking skills.

As Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for building good relationships with prospective donors and partners across multiple sectors, communicating with the broader public and

internal teams, delegating tasks, and drawing up plans to ensure annual targets are met. Suitable candidates will be well organized, and proactive and have the ability to inspire those around you.

Having 2-3 years of fundraising experience for a non-profit, sound knowledge of the charity sector,

experience managing a team and excellent written and verbal communication skills will be added advantage
