Rescue Village's Woofstock Ramble

Volunteer your time by fundraising lifesaving funds for Rescue Village animals!

By fundraising $100 or more, you are able to participate in the Ramble Parade and Costume Contest onsite at Woofstock on September 8th at 10 AM. Following the parade, each Rambler will receive their Ramble Goodie Bag and a professional photo with your dog or favorite person. Rescue Village will honor all Ramblers and crown the top three fundraisers at the Ramble Ceremony.

The Top Fundraiser wins a Puppy Pizza Party for up to 20 guests total, either onsite at Rescue Village or offsite by request!

The Ramble engages communities, organizations, students, groups, and individuals, providing a FUN, affordable, and meaningful way to donate time and practice advocacy for a worthy cause.

2024 marks 31 years of the Ramble Parade! Rescue Village's Woofstock, originally known as “The Ramble Walk,” was created to raise lifesaving funds that go directly to the shelter and medical departments to provide a temporary home, food, veterinary care, and treatments for sick, injured, abused, and neglected or homeless animals in northeast Ohio.

Rescue Village is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization solely reliant on donor support for funding. Rescue Village does not receive government assistance or funding. Without the generosity of the communities Rescue Village serves, the necessary care and support we can provide to the animals would not be possible.

In 2024, Rescue Village Ramblers hope to fundraise 25,000 for shelter animals!

1. REGISTER FOR THE WOOFSTOCK RAMBLE

We strongly encourage everyone that wants to fundraise to Register for the Ramble.

This ensures you have an ONLINE webpage you can direct people to donate through texting, social media and email. Your webpage will do the work for you! It also REALLY helps us track our goal and communicate details about the Ramble Parade and Party with you.

Each Rambler webpage is secure and has a place for a photo and bio. Register today and create your funraising page to share with others!

2. FUNRAISE OFFLINE*

To participate and fundraise for the Ramble OFFLINE (without registering), see the “Woofstock Ramble Pledge Form” for a printable Woofstock Ramble form.

Please bring your completed pledge form and cash or check donations (made out to Rescue Village) to the shelter by 9/5 to guarantee your place as the Top Funraiser. Otherwise, you can bring your form and donations to the Ramble Tent at Woofstock!

*This OFFLINE option is geared for younger kids fundraising through family gatherings, birthday parties, and school! When printing, select flip along short edge.

3. FUNRAISE AS A RAMBLER TEAM 

After creating your fundraising page, you can invite your friends, family, coworkers, and groups to join your team! If you do not have an individual page, you will be unable to join a team. You will need to first have an individual page. If you need assistance joining a team, please contact kcoffield@rescuevillage.org.

4. PROVIDE A COMPANY DONATION

Unable to sponsor as a company? Funraise as company team instead! Follow the individual and team guidelines and make a contribution on behalf of employees!

5. HOST AN ENGAGEMENT EVENT 

Want to do something to raise money? Sell a homemade product, host a lemonade stand, or showcase a talent/skill for donations! Provide a QR code/URL to your page and directed interested people there to donate.
