The Mama-Tee Community Fridge Project

The Mama-Tee Community Fridge Project is focused on supporting geographic areas in Philadelphia where residents' access to affordable, healthy food options, such as fruits and vegetables; is restricted or nonexistent due to the absence of grocery stores within a convenient traveling distance.

We have 18 community fridge locations where volunteers deliver food every week. We need volunteers who can help at least once a month, by packing and delivering food boxes to a couple of locations. We typically pack and deliver on Saturdays at 1PM.
