Healing Hands Incorporated is New York’s service provider and advocate for Black survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking, and related forms of gender violence. Healing Hands works to end gender violence through three key areas: direct service; outreach, education and training; and systems-change advocacy. Healing Hands is currently looking for volunteers.

Role Description: As a volunteer Program Support, Front Desk..., you will play a crucial role in our program delivery These role involve administrative, secretary tasks including but not limited to:

1. ·       Answering calls, emails
2. . Scheduling intakes and staff meetings
3. ·       Managing trainings and workshops  
4. ·       Maintaining supplies and inventory
5. ·       Preparing invoices and paying bills
6. ·       Assisting with general administrative tasks as assigned by Supervisor

 Candidates must have High School diploma or HSE required, be computer literate and have experience in an administrative capacity.
