Therapy Farm Business Advisor

Looking for a volunteer with business/administrative experience in the animal shelter/welfare world that can work alongside our founder to create actionable plans to build the Sanctuary from a solo run charity to a self-sustaining organization. Looking to create a business advisory committee to develop staff/volunteers who can elevate the organization to more a professional and lasting presence in the Tellico Plains, TN area. The target being to allow the founder to concentrate more on being the "face of the business" on social media and PR while the farm is managed and run efficiently by trusted volunteers.

This will be a fun, creative position where you will be able to make a HUGE difference in the future so many animals!!!
