Job Description
UwaVerde is seeking a legally trained Volunteer Legal Advisor to support our governance, nonprofit compliance, and contract review. If you’re studying or practising law and are passionate about nonprofit work, join us in ensuring our legal integrity.
Your Responsibilities
- Review partnership agreements, bylaws, and governance docs
- Support compliance with German nonprofit and fundraising laws
- Assist with GDPR, IP, and open data questions
- Help prepare legal documents and respond to official inquiries
Your Profile
- Legal studies graduate, trainee lawyer, or early career professional
- Familiarity with German civil law, Vereinsrecht, or nonprofit law
- Strong communication in German and English
- Interest in climate, sustainability, and nonprofit governance
