Become a Friendly Visitor for Hospice Patients in Elgin and Surrounding Areas

Heartland Hospice is seeking volunteers to spend time with our hospice patients providing companionship and socialization as they face end of life. Our volunteers go through extensive dementia training and understand their may be times when you would be sitting in silence simply being present for those in need.
