Deputy Regional Field Director - All regions

We are seeking a dependable and organized Deputy Regional Director to support the Regional Director in leading local field efforts. This role helps ensure petitions are handled with care, progress is tracked accurately, and local teams receive the support, encouragement, and guidance they need to succeed.

Deputy Regional Directors provide essential backup to the Regional Director by assisting with coordination, communication, and oversight of field activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with campaign experience who is ready to grow as a leader while supporting others.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Regional Director with directing regional field teams and coordinating activities such as canvassing and phone banking
• Helping track petition handling, progress, and reporting to ensure accuracy
• Communicating regularly with the Regional Director, State Field Director, Deputy Field Director, Field Team Captains, Regional Administrator, and Outreach Coordinator
• Providing encouragement, resources, and guidance to local volunteers and team leads
• Participating in regularly scheduled Regional Council meetings
• Stepping in for the Regional Director when they are unavailable to keep operations running smoothly
