Faith Presbyterian Hospice is dedicated to making each moment matter for the people we serve. The needs of those we serve go beyond medical care alone. Faith Presbyterian hospice relies on the talents and dedication of volunteers to provide and enhance our unique programs and services. Tuck-In Volunteers make phone calls to our at-home patients to identify needs and make sure they are comfortable and have everything the need going in to the weekend. Tuck-In Calls are made on Thursdays during normal business hours.
