Pet Therapy Volunteers for Montgomery County, PA

We are recruiting for certified pet therapy dogs, and cats to bring smiles to our patients! The pet therapy volunteer can brighten the day of so many patients, and their family members. The volunteer pet therapy team is required to have their animal certified. The volunteer coordinator can assist the volunteer in finding certification programs.

Hospice Compassus provides training on how to work with people at the end of life. The volunteer provides the talent, compassion and time. The patient assignments are made accourding to the volunteer's time and location. The patients may reside either in residence or long-term care facility.
