Volunteers Needed

We serve in Miami/Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County.

Volunteers needed year-round to assist in the following roles:

ADMINISTRATION - Assist with tasks such as data entry, organization, etcetera. 

NUTRITION - Assist at one of our kids cooking classes. Help with food demonstrations. Assist with food distributions at sites by packing and/or giving out food to our community.  

PROGRAMMING - Assist with programs such as Soccer for Success, CATCH (Comprehensive Approach to Childhood Health), Build a Bike, Senior Meals, and other special programs. 

SPECIAL EVENTS - Assist with preparing, day-of, during and at the conclusion of special events.  Assist at health fairs.

All volunteers must be 16 yours of age or older. Adults over 18 will be required to submit/complete the following prior to the start of completing service hours:

Affidavit of Moral Character (Notarized)

Child Abuse Certificate and Form

Submit (2) Forms of ID

Media Release

Broward, Miami-Dade, or West Palm Beach School Volunteer Application

Level 2 Background Check 

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer volunteer hours for court ordered community service. 

Please be advised that certain sites require a background check on ALL personnel. FLIPANY will notify you at the time that you are asked to volunteer at a particular site if that location requires a background check or any other additional screenings.
