Volunteer Systems Training Lead – Airtable volunteer (Virtual)

The Volunteer Systems Training Lead – Airtable volunteer trains volunteers and staff on how to use Airtable for project tracking, data entry, and department reporting. You’ll make it easier for teams to stay connected, update records, and manage their information efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Teach volunteers how to use Airtable databases, forms, and views.
• Build or update training materials, such as videos or quick guides.
• Lead group or one-on-one training sessions (virtual/online).
• Help department leads track volunteer data and progress.
• Maintain a shared Airtable base for training progress tracking.

Skills Needed

• Confident using Airtable (database setup, linking, and views).
• Clear communicator who can teach step-by-step.
• Organized and good at explaining tech tools simply.
• Experience with spreadsheets or data systems preferred.

Time Commitment

• 2–4 hours per week (flexible)
• Minimum 3-month commitment
