Director of Finance

We are looking for a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership and operational oversight. This is a remote position, open to candidates who are passionate about building sustainable systems that make digital healthcare accessible to all.

The Finance Director will lead all aspects of financial planning, management, and compliance. The role includes developing budgets, overseeing audits, improving efficiency, and ensuring strong financial controls that support growth and transparency. The successful candidate will also provide strategic guidance on partnerships, resource allocation, and long-term sustainability, working closely with the leadership and program teams to align financial management with VHA’s mission and vision.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about using sound financial systems to drive social impact. Experience of working with a Non Profit a plus.
