Volunteer Good Vibes Co-Chair
Do you love bringing people together, keeping energy high, and making sure everyone feels valued? We’re looking for a Volunteer Good Vibes Co-Chair to help lead the team that champions volunteer power and creates a positive, inclusive culture.
As Co-Chair, you’ll help oversee and support the Good Vibes Department, which focuses on recognition, social events, morale-boosting activities, and volunteer wellbeing. This is a leadership role where you’ll not only manage and guide volunteers, but also set the tone for building community and keeping spirits up.
What you’ll be involved in:
- Leading and supporting a team of volunteers (example roles: Social Media Moderator, Social Event Host, Good Vibes Moment Leader)
- Planning and hosting fun events to build connection and morale
- Recognizing and uplifting volunteers through creative activities
- Helping moderate online communities and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Collaborating with other departments to make sure volunteer wellbeing is always front and center
What you bring:
- Enthusiasm for building community and culture
- Leadership or team management experience (formal or informal)
- Creativity, positivity, and a people-first mindset
- Comfort working with others remotely and in groups
