This role is vital to ensuring our programs run smoothly and our seniors receive the care and companionship they deserve.

• Recruit, onboard, and support volunteers for senior-focused programs.
• Coordinate volunteer schedules for transportation, outreach, and wellness services.
• Maintain volunteer records and track service hours.
• Organize training sessions and appreciation events.
• Communicate regularly with volunteers via email, phone, and social media.
• Collaborate with staff to identify volunteer needs and improve engagement.

🙌 Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in volunteer coordination or community outreach (preferred).
• Empathy and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
• Comfortable with basic tech tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, scheduling apps).
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
