The Nature Conservancy is dedicated to protecting the plants, animals and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on Earth by preserving the lands and waters they need to survive. Working since 1955 to protect the state's natural heritage, The Nature Conservancy of New Jersey has safeguarded more than 50,000 acres. We employ hundreds of volunteers each year to help carry out our mission, working in a fun and energetic environment.
