Friends Without Frontiers (FWF) is a Non-Profit organization which works for the betterment of deprived communities through volunteerism, based out of Accra, the capital of Ghana. Friends Without Frontiers is a recognized organization in the field of national volunteerism. FWF is not associated with any political associations, and is able to operate due to the kind contributions of its members.The group is a registered Organization in Ghana, Registrar General Department under the companies' code, 1963 (Act 179).
Our main aim is to assist rural and urban dwellers in the areas of education, health, empowerment of women, and to promote cultural diversity programmes. We work with all ages, genders, and all ethnic groups in Ghana, especially at the rural level. As a volunteer with FWF, you will be making a meaningful contribution, working side-by-side with local people and sharing in the goals of a community that warmly welcomes you. You will experience another culture like never before and really get to know its people and the proverbial Ghanaian hospitality. You'll gain new perspectives and a unique insight into the culture and yourself. It's an exciting and personally inspiring experience that will leave you with lasting pleasant memories.
