France Kenya Sport Solidarité Association (Volunteer)

Executive summary

France Kenya Sport Solidarité Association (FKSS) was started in 2013 as a non-government, non-political, non-religious and non-profit association in France with members from both France and Kenya. The association objective is to effectively address the root causes of social and poverty injustices within vulnerable communities, through sport and culture.

Every year since its inception, the association is working with local community groups within their own development projects, which they organize and manage while FKSS comes at the implementation stage. FKSS is working under international laws and French organisations & association law of 1901.

Since the start of the association in 2013, we can see positive impact of 380 desks, 3 classrooms built, 3 water tanks given, 4 toilets built and 10 girl pupils have been sponsored for the last 3 years…… For this successful achievement it’s through team work and coordination between local women/youth group, Community leaders, Parents-Teachers Association and school principals thought our trust partnership.
