Cheif Operating Officer-Equity Based

We’re hiring a COO (Equity-Based) — Foundher

Foundher is building a pan-African platform connecting female founders, operators, and business owners to real opportunities across capital, partnerships, and market access.

We are already active in Ghana and expanding into Kenya, with a growing ecosystem across content, community, and experiences.

Now we’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer to help build the system behind it.

This is not a support role.

This is a builder role.

What you’ll own:

– Execution across markets (Ghana, Kenya, and expansion)

– Building and running our operating systems (weekly rhythm, accountability, delivery)

– Driving early revenue through programs, partnerships, and our content arm (Foundher Studio)

– Turning strategy into structured, repeatable outcomes

What we’re looking for:

– Strong operator with experience building or running programs, startups, or communities

– High execution bias (you get things done without waiting)

– Commercial thinking (you understand how to generate revenue, not just ideas)

– Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity

– Deep interest in building across African markets

What this is:

– Equity-based role (with vesting)

– High ownership, high autonomy

– Opportunity to build something from the ground up

What this is not:

– Not a title-only role

– Not passive or advisory

– Not for someone waiting for structure — you will help build it
