​To establish absolute accountability and immediate enforcement within state agencies for the residents of District 45. The mission is to transition from systemic neglect to a community-led model where state-owned resources are repurposed for public benefit and no resident is "ghosted" by the systems meant to serve them. The goal is simple: Results, not rhetoric.

​Total Accountability: Every administrative action and service denial must be signed by a supervisor. No more anonymous bureaucracy.

​Resource Reclamation: Transforming vacant state properties into active community hubs that serve the immediate needs of the neighborhood.

​Systemic Transparency: Full disclosure and tracking of all state funding and federal revenue entries to ensure every dollar reaches the community.

​Community Advocacy: Protecting vulnerable families from the "30-Dollar Cliff" and ensuring a 90-day safety net during any service appeals.

​Factual Integrity: A commitment to 100% verified data and keeping a detailed, un-condensed record of all community needs and state failures.

​This is a grassroots movement dedicated to East Baltimore. It operates on the principle of "Jive Not Drive"—focusing on the truth of the situation rather than political maneuvering. The organization advocates for specific legislative protections, such as the "Put A Name On It" Act, to ensure that those in power are held personally responsible for the welfare of the citizens in District 45. We believe in building a system where the community finally has the power to run itself.
