Who We Are

NextQuest NYC is a community-driven organization rooted in New York City, built by and for the generations shaping tomorrow — Gen Z and Millennials. We exist at the intersection of a crisis and an opportunity: a loneliness epidemic quietly devastating our generation, and a city full of people ready to reconnect. NextQuest is where that reconnection begins.

Our Mission

To combat the loneliness epidemic by rebuilding genuine human connection within our generation and those that follow, while championing the local businesses that give our neighborhoods their heartbeat.

Our Vision

A New York City where younger generations are deeply rooted — in their communities, in each other, and in the local economy that sustains us all. A city where no one has to navigate life alone.

The Problem We're Solving

We are in the middle of a loneliness epidemic. Despite being the most digitally connected generation in history, Gen Z and Millennials report the highest levels of loneliness of any age group. Chronic loneliness isn't just an emotional experience — it's a public health crisis linked to depression, anxiety, heart disease, and a shortened lifespan. In a city of 8 million people, New York can still feel profoundly isolating. NextQuest NYC was born as a direct response to that reality.

Who We Serve

We serve Gen Z and Millennials across New York City — the dreamers, the builders, the ones navigating adulthood in a world that often feels more disconnected than ever. We also serve the local business owners who are the backbone of our boroughs, creating mutual support between community and commerce.

What We Do

Community Events & Meetups — Real gatherings designed to foster real connection. We create the spaces and moments that social media can't replicate.

Business Spotlights & Partnerships — We shine a light on local businesses and create pathways for our community to support them meaningfully, keeping dollars and energy in our neighborhoods.

Mentorship & Networking — Linking people across industries and experiences so no one has to figure it out alone. Community is also about lifting each other up.

Social Media & Digital Community — Extending our reach online so the NextQuest community stays connected between events and across the five boroughs.
