Summary: The Learning Agency is hiring a Research & Evaluation Manager to play a key role in designing, executing, and communicating education research and evaluation across a diverse portfolio of programs. This role will contribute to our mission to improve learning through evidence-driven initiatives, rigorous evaluation, and field-level knowledge sharing. The Research & Evaluation Manager will contribute to and manage diverse research efforts, including study design, instrument development, data collection, and reporting. Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, familiarity with monitoring and evaluation approaches, and the ability to translate data and evidence into compelling insights for internal and external audiences.
Success in this role requires excellent writing and communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach. Because the role supports multiple fast-moving projects, flexibility, comfort with ambiguity, and strong independent work habits are essential. Compensation:
